In collaboration with HIAB and Nijwa (Volvo), we have prepared a beautiful new combination for Hegeman Bouwgroep in Almelo / Vriezenveen. Fully customized – the great strength of ESVE.

The Volvo FM rigid truck is equipped with a HIAB X-HIPro 558EP-6 loader crane in the 50 Tm class. The design of the truck body has been carefully considered, utilizing nearly every space. The truck features stainless steel toolboxes with doors and a special steel chain box under the crane base, positioned for easy placement of lifting chains. In addition to the stakes (stored under the loading floor) and stake pockets, the bulkhead is equipped with a stainless steel ladder box. Below this, the front width panels fit perfectly, making full use of the space.

The mid-section trailer is also equipped with toolboxes, now with lids. Like the truck, ratchet straps have been installed between the boxes, and the space below and between them features stainless steel side guards with a step. These are designed with a carefully considered anti-slip profile to prevent slipping or sliding, which can occur with standard side guards. To allow for longer loads, the rear frame can be extended by 100 cm and is also fitted with support legs and a hook profile for engaging loading rails, allowing even a crane to be loaded if needed.

The combination is further equipped with various cameras and safety systems to ensure maximum safety on the road. Overall, this excellent collaboration has resulted in a fantastic combination for Hegeman, and we wish them plenty of enjoyment and success with it!
